About the Program
"I recommend this program because it is very educational and it will change your outlook on life. It also encourages you to travel the world, as well as to make some lifelong friendships."
Harline A.
"I have heard positive things about the Program from consultants and colleagues, and it definitely increased the previous knowledge I had about Latin America and Argentina. The price was not too expensive and I had the option of finding my own home instead of staying in host families."
Michelle S.
"The educational experience is really different. With small classes, you really get a lot of personal attention from the teachers, which is extremely different from our system (where there are often hundreds of students in each class). The teachers really seem to care about what they are teaching. Sometimes the teachers at my local school only teach because they have to do it as part of their research, and I do not have that feeling at all here."

About the teachers:
"Professor Irene Massimino is passionate, well informed and interested in student engagement"
Anabelle S.
Professor Verónica Perera offers different and new ways of thinking about the themes / films we review. I did not have much knowledge about Politics and Art in Argentina, but I did know movie critic and I am learning much more thanks to this course."

About the excursions
"I loved visiting the proposed places and talking to the victims of the last dictatorship, because it is a different perspective. Through the program It was amazing to know more about the culture than just read about it, like the tango classes. I loved all the trips."
Jennifer L.
"My favorite excursions were ESMA, the Cathedral, the Plaza de Mayo, the Museums and the Memory Park. The staff of the UNTREF and the guides were excellent at providing first-hand experience and knowledge about the course. About the optional trips of cultural immersion, I felt that I lived experiences that local people enjoyed and did frequently."
Josh D.
"Buenos Aires is one of the most beautiful cities I've been to. There is a really rich culture, full of art, that I could never have imagined. The people of Buenos Aires are proud to be Argentinean and they show it in the way they speak, cook and express themselves. Regarding the program, I really appreciate the additional cultural immersion activities that allow us to experience more than a typical tourist trip.
I really enjoyed going to the Plaza San Martin, for the football game (I had to be in the World Cup), although the tango and empanadas class was my favorite."
